Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.

Where can i view my sales receipt?

You can view your 7yaak sale orders, including copies of your receipts on the Billing page. Please be aware that this is only possible if you signed up online. In all other cases or if you have any questions related to your sales receipts, you can reach out to our billing team directly through order@7yaak.com.

How can I return an items?

If the item you received arrived damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or if it's the wrong item, you're covered under 7yaak Money Back Guarantee. please get in touch with us and we shall be glad to help.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

If an item is currently out of stock, it's generally restocked monthly. On certain occasions, items will be limited edition, in which they will not be restocked unless specified at a certain point in time. We will do everything we can to keep you informed if such a circumstance occurs.
